6. If you want something, just ask for it. Lean in. Ask for the thing that will actually make you happy - not the second best thing you’d settle for.

7. Be relentless, be aggressive, push really hard for the things you want. Beliefs don’t matter, actions do.

8. Never obsess over a number. Experiment often and move from one test to another.

9. Assume nothing. Ask people. You don’t know anything, and the more you think you know, the less you actually do. Test, always.

10. Speak up and say the thing that the person in power doesn’t want to hear. They will learn or they will leave you. Both are good.

11. How you treat people matters. Use the word please and be respectful.
