We always try our best to make you happy, but sometimes things don't go as expected. If you're not happy with the Equifax credit score/information in the Bits App, you can let us know in different ways:

  • Send us a letter: Hallswelle House, 1 Hallswelle Road, London, England, NW11 0DH


We'll jump into action to fix the problem as fast as possible. If we manage to solve it within three business days, we'll send you a letter. But if we need more time, we promise not to keep you waiting for more than five business days. We'll then investigate the complaint and give you a final answer in writing within eight weeks.

If you're not happy with our final answer, you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) who help settle problems between companies and customers. You can reach them through:
