How can I repay my outstanding balance?

We support payment through UK issued debit cards. In the near future we plan to launch direct debit payments too.

Can I cancel my card at any time?

You can cancel your card whenever you’d like. If there is any balance outstanding you will need to repay and settle the balance to Bits though.

How do I find current foreign exchange rates used?

We built a whole calculator where you can check what rate your transaction will be processed at. Head over to FX calculator in the footer.

How do I find my PIN?

Head over to the mobile app and navigate to card settings.

Can I do balance transfer?

Our card does not allow balance transfers onto the card.

Do you report the card to credit bureaux?

Of course, all three main credit bureaux will have a record of your credit card as well as balance, utilisation, and credit limit.

How much does a card cost?

The card is completely free. The is no interest, forex fees, or other fees either.

Where can I not use my card?

You won’t be able to use it at petrol stations, ATMs, gambling, pawn shops, and some places where it cna be deemed as quasi-cash.

What is your refund policy?

As the card is free, there is no refunds applicable.

Do you offer purchase protection?

We do not offer Section 75 protection on card purchases.

Can I withdraw cash?

Our card cannot be used for cash withdrawals or cash-like transactions.

Will I get a physical card?

YES! At the last step of application you can decide if you want a physical&virtual card. Just select yes and the card will usually be with you within 5 working days.

Do I have to be a Bits subscriber to get it?

Yes, the Bits Mastercard Credit Card is only available to customers with Bits Subscription.

What will the limit on my card be?

Limits on our Bits Mastercard Credit Cards vary. We follow a low&grow strategy where we grow your limit as it's appropriate and as you get more confident with using credit. The limits start at £50 minimum.

So whenever you cross this threshold we might charge you early to bring it back down. Remember this card is here to help your credit grow.
