Bits is a company with an app that people can use. To use the app, you have to agree to some rules called "terms and conditions." 

These terms govern your agreement with Fea Card Limited ("Bits") upon signing up for the Bits app. By using our services, you accept these terms. They cover our credit-building subscription service, the Bits Store, and rent reporting, with additional services possible in the future. We communicate primarily via email (hello@getbits.app) and expect you to keep your contact information up-to-date.

To join Bits, you must be 18 or older and reside in the UK. We may decline applications based on financial history or other factors. You'll need to provide personal information and may be asked for additional documentation.

Bits also has a  store called the "Bits Store", where you can buy things using a card from the app. They will give you credit to buy things, but you have to pay them back later. They will tell you how much and when to pay. If you forget to pay, you will lose access to the store until you pay them back.

Bits also has a service called Rent Reporting where they collect information on how individuals pay their rent and share it with important companies, but they can only report monthly payments. When you agree to this service, Bits is able to show these companies that you can handle your money well.

Changes to these terms will be communicated to you, giving you the chance to terminate the agreement if desired. Our services involve monthly payments and reporting to credit agencies, affecting your credit score.
